These Terms & Conditions apply to the CR+ Referral Rewards Program operated by Catchit Racing Ltd (“Catchit Racing”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By activating, using or sharing your CR+ referral link, or by receiving CR+ Coins through the Referral Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The CR+ Referral Rewards Program is available to eligible members with an active paid CR+ Entry, Premium or Elite membership.
Your referral account and rewards are linked to your CR+ membership and Catchit Racing account.
You must keep your account information accurate.
Eligible members may activate a unique CR+ referral link from their CR+ account.
Your referral link may be shared with friends, family, followers or other people who may be interested in joining CR+.
For a referral to be attributed to you, the referred person must join CR+ using your referral link and the referral must be successfully recorded by our system.
If a referral cannot reasonably be tracked or attributed to your account, Catchit Racing may not be able to award CR+ Coins for that referral.
You earn CR+ Coins when a person you refer becomes an active paid CR+ member.
You can continue earning Coins while they remain an active member and renew their membership.
Referral rewards are not earned simply because someone clicks your referral link, creates an account or begins registration.
A qualifying membership must successfully become active before CR+ Coins are awarded.
CR+ Coins are intended to reward qualifying paid CR+ memberships.
Free membership periods, free trials, promotional periods, complimentary memberships or other non-qualifying membership periods may not generate CR+ referral rewards.
Where a membership payment is discounted or subject to a promotion, Catchit Racing may determine whether that membership cycle qualifies for referral rewards.
The number of CR+ Coins you can earn depends on your own CR+ membership level and the membership level of the person you referred.

Your own membership level determines the maximum referral reward available to you.
For example, an Entry member can receive a maximum of 8 CR+ Coins from a qualifying referred membership cycle, while an Elite member may receive up to 40 CR+ Coins depending on the referred member’s membership level.
If you upgrade or downgrade your CR+ membership, the amount of CR+ Coins you may earn from future qualifying referral rewards may change according to your new membership level.
Any change applies according to the membership level recorded on your account when the relevant referral reward becomes eligible.
CR+ Coins can be accumulated and used toward eligible CR+ membership payments through the Auto-Redeem feature.
The current Coin requirements are:

These requirements may be changed by Catchit Racing in accordance with these Terms.
Members may choose to turn Auto-Redeem ON from their CR+ Referral Rewards account.
When Auto-Redeem is enabled and your account contains enough CR+ Coins to cover the full eligible membership renewal, the required number of Coins may automatically be redeemed instead of charging your normal membership payment method.
Auto-Redeem only applies when you have enough CR+ Coins to cover the entire eligible membership payment.
CR+ Coins will not normally be partially redeemed toward a membership payment.
If you do not have enough CR+ Coins, your Coins will remain in your account and your normal membership payment method may be charged in accordance with your membership subscription.
A referred member may use their own CR+ Coins to cover an eligible membership renewal.
Where that renewal otherwise qualifies under the Referral Rewards Program, the original referrer may still receive the applicable CR+ referral reward.
CR+ Coins and CR+ Entries are separate rewards.
CR+ Coins earned through the Referral Rewards Program are intended for eligible CR+ membership redemptions.
CR+ Entries are used in connection with CR+ giveaways and are subject to the rules applicable to those giveaways.
Having CR+ Coins does not automatically give you CR+ Giveaway Entries, and CR+ Entries do not automatically count as CR+ Coins.
CR+ Coins:
CR+ Coins are promotional loyalty rewards and are not currency, stored value, cryptocurrency or a financial product.
Your CR+ Referral Rewards account is linked to your qualifying CR+ membership.
If you cancel your CR+ membership, any accumulated CR+ Coins associated with the membership may be forfeited and your CR+ Coin balance may be reset to zero.
Once forfeited following cancellation, CR+ Coins will not normally be reinstated if you later purchase another membership.
If a referred membership payment is:
Catchit Racing may cancel, reverse or remove any CR+ Coins awarded in relation to that membership.
Where Coins have already been used, Catchit Racing reserves the right to make an appropriate adjustment to the member’s CR+ Coin balance or account.
The Referral Rewards Program must be used genuinely.
You must not attempt to earn CR+ Coins through:
Catchit Racing may investigate suspected abuse and may withhold or remove rewards while an investigation is taking place.
Catchit Racing may suspend or remove a member from the Referral Rewards Program where we reasonably believe that the member has:
Where appropriate, CR+ Coins obtained through prohibited activity may be removed.
While we take reasonable steps to accurately record referrals and CR+ Coins, technical issues may occasionally occur.
Catchit Racing reserves the right to correct:
Referral records, membership records and payment records held by Catchit Racing and its payment or membership systems may be used to determine whether a reward is valid.
Catchit Racing may update, modify, pause or discontinue the CR+ Referral Rewards Program where reasonably necessary.

Changes will not be used to deliberately remove rewards that have already been validly redeemed before the change takes effect.
The Referral Rewards Program is provided as an additional benefit of eligible CR+ memberships and is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, payment-provider issues, website updates or other technical circumstances.
Referral information and membership data will be processed in accordance with the Catchit Racing Privacy Policy.

These Referral Rewards Terms should be read together with the general CR+ Membership Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other applicable Catchit Racing terms.
If there is a conflict specifically concerning the operation of the Referral Rewards Program, these Referral Rewards Terms will apply to that aspect of the program.
If you believe a referral or CR+ Coin reward has been recorded incorrectly, please contact Catchit Racing and provide as much information as possible so we can investigate.
